What Makes Rapturous Chocolate

Organic Ecuadorian Arriba Nacional Fine Aroma Cacao - It has been ethically sourced in partnership with small farmers and co-ops. Nearly 5% of the cacao produced is awarded with title of fine aroma. Chocolatiers look for this floral and fruity aroma to distinguish a premium chocolate.

Muscovado Sugar - The sugar we source is Fair Trade Certified. This is an unrefined brown sugar with a rich molasses taste and various minerals that processed white and brown sugar lack. This allows for the chocolate to have a more rounded flavor without having it become to sharply sweet.

Sea Salt - Produced through evaporation, little processing keeping its trace minerals, and no additives adding to the overall flavor. All natural, hand harvested, and non-GMO verified.

Goat Milk - For products that contain milk. This is a natural alternative to cow's milk, but has less lactose making it easier to digest for those with sensitive stomachs. The goats are fed a balanced diet of hay and grain. They do not come into contact with chemicals, fertilizers or pesticides. No growth hormones, steroids, or antibiotics.
